Psychotherapy and yoga for health and emotional wellness

Details about yoga and therapy offerings can be found on their respective pages or by contacting me. I specialize in working with adolescents, college-aged students, young adults, and children.
Outside of my professional endeavors, I love to practice yoga (no surprise there, I suppose!), be outdoors, cook, and spend time with loved ones.
Welcome.
My name is Carryn Lund, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LMSW) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) living and working in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Thank you for visiting my page. Whether you are considering engaging in therapy, curious about trying yoga, or some combination of the two, I hope you will find all you want to know about the services I offer.
I welcome individuals of all ages, races, religions, genders, and cultures to my practice.
I grew up in rural Minnesota and received my Bachelor's of Science in Education and Social Policy in 2009 from Northwestern University, with a concentration in Human Development and Psychological Services. I then moved to Ann Arbor and completed my Masters of Social Work (MSW) in 2011 at the University of Michigan School of Social Work.
I have been in psychotherapy practice since 2011 and opened my private practice in 2014. In addition to my psycotherapy practice, I teach yoga at a studio in Ann Arbor and lecture at the University of Michigan School of Social work.
