Yoga Services


Yoga, a moving meditation, is a powerful healing practice that incorporates mind, body, and spirit. There is a growing body of evidence for yoga, meditation, and mindfulness as effective treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and stress. I completed teacher training in 2014 and immediately found that sharing the benefits of yoga for emotional wellness, healing, and health with others is a true passion of mine and one that is a wonderful complement to traditional psychotherapy.


I offer a range of services for all ages tailored to each individual's unique goals and needs. A regular yoga practice can enhance health, wellness, and emotional balance. Yoga is a powerful healer on its own, although some clients have also found it to be a powerful complement to individual and traditional psychotherapy. 



Private Sessions



Private sessions begin with collaborative goal-setting (e.g. releasing stress, treating depression, building self-confidence) and sessions are specifically tailored to meet these needs. In each 60-minute session, you will be guided through a practice tailored very specifically to your goals and needs. The practice can be as vigorous or restorative as each individual prefers. Suggestions for home practice will be provided to maximize the benefit to each individual.

Small Group Sessions

$100/hour (groups of 2-3)


Have a partner, or a couple of friends or colleagues with similar goals for a yoga practice? This option may be for you. Similar to private sessions, we will begin with collaborative goal-setting. Each 60-minute session will be tailored to the group's need. 

Yoga + Emotional Wellness Workshops

Price varies, scholarships available


These workshops for teens run for 6-8 weeks and include weekly 90 minute sessions that include a 60 minute yoga practice and 30 minutes of discussion related to skills for emotional wellness. Check back for more information for workshops upcoming in 2016.
